All orders placed on the AMS Lifestyle website are subject to the below terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Some items may be shipped same day if the item is in stock and placed during business hours. This does not apply to every order placed. We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped, or if any items are back ordered.
Shipping & Handling Rates:
Shipping and handling will rates vary according to the amount of each purchase.
If the product is damaged or is not the correct product upon delivery, please contact Customer Service within 30 days of your order via email here. If your package is damaged in transit, we will either re-ship you a new package at no additional charge (standard ground shipping) or credit your purchase back in full.
Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging. The item must be in new, unused. Indications of use include: cracks, scratches, dirty tires, pet hair or other household dirt, wear to seats and armrests, damage to charging ports, scratches to the frame, or scratches remotes. All accessories and chargers included in the product's box must be returned. For example: chargers, baskets, additional colored shrouds.
For hygienic purposes, the following products are non-returnable:
- Seating Products (including cushions and backs)
- Kitchen Products
- Bathroom Products
- Personal Products
Cleaning and Damage Guidelines
There will be a $25 cleaning fee for all items returned. If any of the items show excess wear and tear, or are subject to disposal due to use, unhygienic or abuse, they will be non-refundable.
